Madeleine is an urban planner with a comprehensive
understanding of socio-spatial, environmental and
sustainability challenges present in cities. She holds
a Master of Urban Planning from the University of
Melbourne, and has experience working in local
government and private consultancies.

This experience has provided Madeleine with the skills
to prepare planning applications and planning scheme
amendments, and effectively collaborate with others
across disciplines to reach the best outcome.

At Echelon, Madeleine has worked on a variety of
projects, ranging from due diligence and planning
applications through to research on local and state
government strategic planning applications. This work
has included greenfield and urban infill projects and
residential, industrial and mixed use developments.
