Daisy Douglas (nee Ager) - Principal Urban Planner
Daisy has nine years of experience working on a range of planning projects in both Victoria and New Zealand. She has experience in preparing strategic plans such as Precinct Structure Plans, Revitalisation Plans and Urban Design Frameworks. She also has experience in assessing and preparing development applications for mixed-use projects, commercial projects, and greenfield subdivisions.

Daisy has a passion for Growth Area Planning in Victoria, particularly the implementation of Development Contribution Plans and Infrastructure Contribution Plans in providing new communities with access to facilities and infrastructure early. Daisy is experienced in negotiating works in kind arrangements and S173 agreements and has in depth knowledge of how ICPs are administered from a Council perspective.

Daisy has worked on both statutory and strategic based projects having worked on major PSPs and subdivision within both the Melbourne Growth Corridor and Regional Victoria. She enjoys managing projects and engaging with sub consultants on joint projects.

She develops strong rapport with stakeholders and thrives on effectively managing conflicting points to reach an outcome that is acceptable for all parties and achieves set planning objectives.
